A Couple of New Movies

Hello,

I'm posting a couple of movies at once using two different builds. One is a full tactics build and the other is a full shield build. Both builds have often been described as "bad" on the forums so I wanted to check them out. ;)

The first movie is using a full Tactics build using Ion Cell.




The second movie is run with a full Shield build.  And please please please don't take a good bit of this movie seriously.  :P

    Enjoyed both videos a lot. Misc.thoughts:

    * Do you notice the pulse cannon bug on non-tactics builds? I don't seem to ever have that happen, but i usually use it on groups, so maybe I'm not noticing?
    * I agree on the sent/marauder comment. The good ones are super tough to get down; especially when they start popping their shields, bubbles, heals, what have you. Just seems to be a class that people have trouble learning 2 play right, or it's more noticeable when they don't.
    * Glad you did a shield spec video. I've been pretty much cookie cutter pve shield build (with 1 point for the slow on ion cell, and no soldier's endurance). While it many not be optimal for PvP (whatever that means) it's been super fun and effective for the last 57 valor ranks.
    *Picked up a couple useful tips as well. Liked the grenade on knockback, sticky not breaking the cc, and AOEing the tank+guarded player.

      Pulse cannon will bug on any build. It's a desyncing problem which pretty much effects every player. It's just really noticeable on pulse cannon when it fails.

    I just downloaded the trial for this game. Not too much been hectic have 3 kids now LOL but chugging along!!

    Raggok, this is Sardal, NE Rogue from Medivh back in Vanilla WoW. Crazy I just ran across your blog doing research for my Powertech. Great to see you still active in MMO PvP! (wheres the Fish though?) Gimme a shout if you remember me, if not, oh well :)
